F18 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the f18 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing or using the f18 platform — available on this website and its associated mobile apps — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the f18 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and f18 as the platform provider. Continued use following any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. f18 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
The f18 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Account Registration & Security
To access the full f18 experience, you are required to register an account with accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is only permitted one active account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. All activity that occurs under your account — whether authorised or not — is your responsibility. f18 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your account information.
If you suspect your account has been compromised or your login credentials have been exposed to a third party, please contact the f18 support team immediately. We recommend changing your password regularly and never sharing your account details with anyone.
User Responsibilities & Rules
All users of the f18 platform are required to comply with the usage rules set out below. You agree that you will not:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations in Malaysia.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's operations in any way.
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised means to access or manipulate the platform.
- Spreading false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the platform.
- Engaging in any action that compromises the security or experience of other users.
- Registering using a false identity or another person's personal information without their consent.
Any breach of the above rules may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, and f18 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the f18 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposits are made using legitimate payment methods and from a bank account or e-wallet registered in their own name.
F18 accepts a range of payment methods, including local bank transfers and popular e-wallets in Malaysia. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the platform's current policies, which may change from time to time.
All withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our verification procedures. f18 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request where there are signs of suspicious activity or fraud, or where the account has not completed the required identity verification.
Users are solely responsible for any taxes or financial obligations arising from winnings or transactions made through the f18 platform. The platform bears no responsibility for any tax liabilities incurred by users.
- Currency: Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
- Deposits must be from an account in your own name
- Identity verification is required for withdrawals
- Deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to current policy
- Suspicious transactions may be held for review
- Tax on winnings is the user's responsibility
Liability Limits & Account Suspension
F18 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to technical disruptions, temporary loss of access, or delays in transaction processing.
F18 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice if:
- There is evidence of fraud, misconduct, or illegal activity.
- The user has violated any terms stated in this document.
- There is activity that undermines the integrity of the platform or the security of other users.
- The account has been inactive for an extended period with no activity.
- The user is found to be under 18 years of age.
In the event of account termination due to confirmed fraud, any remaining credit balance in the account may be forfeited without compensation.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and materials on the f18 platform are the exclusive property of f18 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from f18.
The f18 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites or services. f18 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Users access third-party links entirely at their own risk.
F18 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
